Several members asked the supervisor to resend the memo and recommended the board review the proposed duties together rather than move ahead on short notice. One member suggested not issuing any public notice or posting until the board has had a chance to provide input.
Town staff (speaker S11) confirmed they could provide the draft and that additional detail would be available for the board agenda the following day; members agreed to review the description before further action. No hiring or posting decisions were made at the session.
