For the May 25, 2026 minutes, Sandy Davis moved to approve; Charles Casella seconded and the board recorded the result as 'All in favor.'
Under the agenda headings the board reported no old business, no new business, no supplemental items, no invoices and no correspondence. Charles Casella moved to adjourn at 7:08 p.m.; Eric Niedmann seconded and the motion carried with the minutes noting 'All in favor.'
