Hill said the neighbor "keeps leaving their trash cans on the curb for days on end" and described cars parked all day that impede legal tow zones and block her vehicle. The mayor advised Hill to call police when she is blocked in and said zoning would look into repeated curbside trash placement. Captain Gaspari offered to coordinate with Commissioner Wendell on parking-ordinance enforcement.
The mayor thanked Hill for raising the concerns; no formal enforcement action or timetable was recorded in the public minutes. Commissioner Wendell has been working on parking-ordinance updates, according to the meeting record, and Captain Gaspari said he would investigate the particular locations reported by Hill.
