Glassport council authorizes Tri‑COG Land Bank disposition and reviews delinquent accounts

Council heard that an earlier advertisement for sale of 509 Seventh Street (published June 4, 2024) received no bids; council voted to re-advertise that parcel in accordance with Borough Code procedures. No sale prices, minimum bids, or prospective buyers were named during the meeting.
