Baldwin Park: tennis courts tentatively removed; pavilion and pedestrian improvements planned

Village staff and trustees reported that work on a traffic signal at the Lake Flower–Will Rogers Drive intersection is scheduled for this summer to improve pedestrian crossings. Sean Ryan (Village Trustee) said the village is pursuing an APA variance that could permit installation of an accessible kayak dock; staff indicated other construction components may begin in the meantime. Crosswalks at Baldwin Park and near the VOCO hotel remain part of the plan.
