Public commenter Brandon Devito spoke on the item at the Board meeting, and board members indicated approval of the proposal.
Aurora White (Village Trustee) said she will submit a formal resolution to the Village Board. The renaming will next be open for public comment at the Village Board meeting on May 25. PTAB members Julianne Stemp and others said they would contact local organizations, including Adirondack Lakes & Trails and Historic Saranac Lake, to make them aware of the opportunity to comment.
