The board approved two administrative items on June 10: a revised student fee schedule for 2026–27 and a recommended curriculum resource for the criminal justice elective.
Finance Committee chair Carrie Kazowski reported that the only change to the student fee schedule is an increase in the non‑sufficient funds check fee to $25; the committee approved the schedule 4–0 and the board approved it by roll call (recorded as passing 9–0).
The Teaching & Learning Committee recommended adoption of a digital resource, Introduction to Criminal Justice, to provide a consistent student experience across the district’s high schools. The board approved the resource on a roll call vote.
Administration also updated the board on the budget timeline: a preliminary 2026–27 budget will be agendaized for approval in August, followed by a public budget hearing in September and a final budget and tax levy vote in October. The administration said operational and special education funds are operating as expected and that curriculum funding is being managed through a long‑range funding plan started in 2025.
Both actions were recorded on roll call and approved unanimously.
