The Lower Pottsgrove Township Board of Commissioners on March 19 unanimously approved several routine items, including a property sale authorization, warrant approval and acceptance of the Treasurer’s Report.
Commissioner William Keohane moved and Commissioner Robert Mohollen seconded approval of Resolution 1394-26 authorizing Township Manager Edward C. Wagner to attend settlement and execute all documents related to the sale of the property at 2199 Buchert Road; the Board approved the motion 5-0.
Commissioner Robert Mohollen moved and Commissioner James Hutchinson seconded approval of Warrant #966 for February 2026; that motion passed 5-0. Commissioner Mohollen also moved and Commissioner Hutchinson seconded acceptance of the Treasurer’s Report for February 2026; the Board approved that motion unanimously. Earlier in the meeting Commissioner Keohane moved to approve the minutes of the March 2, 2026 meeting; Commissioner Eileen Bailey seconded and the minutes were approved 5-0.
There was no further board action on these items and no votes recorded against any motion. The meeting was adjourned at 7:11 p.m.; the Board’s next regular meeting is scheduled for April 6, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
