Committeeman Frank Liberato described various changes he has been working on and said he would continue refining the proposal. The Committee agreed to send the draft to the Planning Board for formal review and recommended that Mayor Piserchia and Committeeman Liberato serve as liaisons and follow up at a future meeting.
No formal ordinance or vote was recorded on this item; the action taken at the meeting was a referral for Planning Board consideration. Administrator Bahr and committee members also noted related operational matters such as road paving schedules in the Administrator’s report.
The Planning Board review is the next step; any ordinance or formal regulatory change would return to the committee after the Planning Board’s recommendation.
