The Village of Stone Park Board of Trustees voted to approve municipal expenditures totaling $133,854.69 at its July 9 meeting.
Trustee Loretta J. Teets presented the bills for the period June 26 through July 9, 2024, reporting a breakdown of General Fund $71,542.69; Motor Fuel Transportation (MFT) $930.00; and Water Fund $61,382.00, for a total of $133,854.69. "The following expenditures were presented by fund for approval," Teets said as she moved to approve the payments. Trustee Nazario Garcia seconded the motion.
On a roll call vote Trustees Teets, Marco T. Paz, Nazario Garcia and Simplisio Roman voted Aye; Trustees Marco A. Gutierrez and Sylvia Terrazas were recorded as absent. The motion passed.
Clerk Laura Cassidy-Hatchet also advised the board that the municipal audit is scheduled to begin Thursday, July 11 and that preparatory work was underway. The board adjourned at 6:31 p.m.
