Board members offered generally positive feedback on the project design and materials. No formal vote was taken. Board members noted that the project cannot be scheduled for an ARB vote until a SEQRA determination is completed by the Planning Board; the applicant was instructed to return to the ARB after that procedural step.
The Board recorded the discussion as Case ARB25-41. The minutes show the Board’s positive response but make clear that Planning Board action on SEQRA is a prerequisite to any ARB approval.
