Mount Kisco ARB approves signage for Genesis Health Clubs and ARC Westchester

After brief review of the materials, Acting Chairman Nicholas Bagley moved to approve the application; Member Andy Gonzalez seconded the motion and the vote was recorded as "all ayes" by the members present (Chairman Daniel Loughney, Nicholas Bagley, Andy Gonzalez). The Board did not record any no votes or abstentions.
Tyler Blaire of Sign Extreme presented signage renderings for ARC Westchester at 699 Main Street. Member Andy Gonzalez moved to approve; Acting Chairman Nicholas Bagley seconded. The motion passed on a unanimous voice vote of the three members present.
Both approvals were recorded as routine sign reviews with the Board relying on the submitted renderings and dimensional details. The approvals were entered in the minutes as Case ARB25-39 (Genesis Health Clubs) and Case ARB25-42 (ARC Westchester).
