The Bolton Fire Commission approved the minutes of its Oct. 26, 2020 meeting during the Nov. 23 session; the minutes record the motion as '(RL/CU) V.U.' indicating mover and seconder initials and a unanimous vote.
Members discussed payment of October bills (no amounts or vote recorded in the minutes) and noted there was no correspondence for the meeting. Commission member Cheryl Udin asked when the old sign from the Bolton Fire House would be moved to the Bolton Senior Center; Chief Bruce Dixon said it would be moved "in the near future." The commission also recorded that Clarke Landscaping will clean and work on the front of the Bolton Fire House.
The commission set its next meeting for Dec. 14, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m. Minutes were respectfully submitted by Janet K. Assard; the record notes that approval/corrections should be checked in the minutes of a subsequent meeting.
