Tamaran Woodland reported that plans and specifications are about 95% complete following an on-site meeting on Feb. 9. Staff highlighted several minor design changes and emphasized that access through the canyon will be maintained during construction. Woodland said temporary construction easements are anticipated to facilitate work in constrained right-of-way areas.
The Emigration Creek culverts were presented as part of the project package; staff said culvert repairs and replacements are included in the near-final plans. The anticipated start of construction is listed as Fall 2026, contingent on finalizing easements and any remaining minor design edits.
No formal motion or contract award was recorded at the meeting; staff indicated a design package and schedule were the immediate next steps.
