The presentation framed the plan as a systemwide evaluation for all MSD municipalities intended to guide long-range transportation decisions and to support grant applications. Woodland emphasized the modeling and pavement data will inform priorities for capital projects and maintenance but did not present final project-specific funding allocations at this meeting.
Officials did not take a formal vote on the master plan at this session; Woodland invited questions and expected additional stakeholder input before any council action.
