Members reviewed logistics and promotional items: leftover beach balls from a prior year, seed-packet handouts customized with farm imagery, wind spinners for children, a durable banner or table runner to improve booth visibility, and simpler displays to avoid wind damage. The group noted there remains some budget from the prior fiscal year that can be spent before July 1 to cover signage and materials. The committee also discussed a VIP breakfast tied to Pools Day (some members referenced a July 26 date in planning) and an invite list of roughly 110 people for a separate farmer's plaque ceremony; about 22 RSVPs had been received.
