Board approves small meal price increases and one‑year Aramark renewal

Trustees approved proceeding with Aramark for the coming year (motion carried 5‑0) and staff said they expect competition from other major vendors such as Chartwells during the rebid process.
Trustees asked about market competition and the contracting timetable; administrators said the rebid work will begin in late 2026/early 2027 with vendor submissions expected in the rebid cycle.
Both actions were procedural and carried without dissent.
