North Royalton council interviews four candidates for Ward 4 seat

Council members questioned candidates about experience engaging with residents and canvassing, how they would respond to a disgruntled resident who approached them at home or in public, priorities and passions for serving, how they would connect with constituents, which personal traits they would contribute as a council representative, schedule flexibility to meet residents outside regular business hours, how they would set and communicate constituent boundaries, and examples of working on a team when their position was not adopted.
