Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin, acting as chair, and two committee members unanimously approved a homeowner’s application to install a black aluminum fence at 8555 North Fielding Road.
Jeff Jarozewski, the contractor appearing on behalf of the applicant listed as Joel Sestito, described the proposal as "the construction of 240 lineal feet of four‑foot‑high black aluminum style fence." He said the fence will be set four inches off the property line "to allow for maintenance if needed" and that it will connect to the house through two gates.
Committee Member Zitzer asked whether the homeowner would maintain the narrow strip between the fence and the property line; Jarozewski replied, "yes, there will be enough space for the resident to perform any necessary maintenance." Committee Member Harrington asked whether the fence would attach to the home; Jarozewski confirmed it would.
On a motion by Committee Member Zitzer, seconded by Committee Member Harrington, the committee approved the project as presented. The motion carried unanimously.
The decision concludes the committee’s review of the application; no additional conditions or changes were recorded in the meeting minutes.
