The Mount Kisco Architectural Review Board approved exterior finishing details for a home renovation at 37 Terrace Place and approved the July 17, 2002 minutes at its Sept. 18 meeting.
Owners Paul and Kathy Fosse returned with corrected plans and material samples indicating white vinyl siding and trim, wine-berry shutters (14 3/4" wide) to match an existing wine‑berry front door, Anderson double‑hung windows with snap‑in grids, preserved wood porch posts and natural fir porch flooring. Ms. Abramson moved to accept the application as presented; Mrs. Chadwick seconded and the board voted all ayes. Chairman Tortorello suggested adding shutter dogs as a finishing detail.
The board also approved the minutes of the July 17, 2002 meeting and adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
