Board members asked whether there were separate contractors for the masonry and roofing work; staff said the scopes are different and recommended separate contractors. The board moved and seconded the recommended awards and voted to approve both projects.
Staff said bidding and contracting will proceed and that details of contractor start dates and schedules will be provided in subsequent procurement documents.
