Kevin Riley asked whether the door had failed or simply outlived its life; staff said they did not know the precise cause of failure but confirmed the door required replacement. The board voted unanimously to adopt the resolution and move the project forward.
Staff indicated plan/spec development and bidding would proceed under the newly amended 2026 budget item.
