The motion passed on a roll-call vote with Trustees Loretta J. Teets, Marco A. Gutierrez, Marco T. Paz, Nazario Garcia and Simplisio Roman voting aye; Trustee Sylvia Terrazas was recorded as absent.
Clerk Laura Cassidy-Hatchet reported that the 2024 Treasurer's Report will be published in the newspaper the next day and will be filed with Cook County on time. The board took no separate discussion on individual line items in the minutes provided.
The meeting adjourned at 7:16 p.m.; the minutes for this meeting were later noted in the record as approved at the Board meeting of Jan. 14, 2025.
