Plain City to partner with ball association to replace noncompliant Pastime Park bleachers

Council determined it would be prudent for the village to retain ownership of the new bleacher(s) because the village carries insurance for the facility.
Village Administrator Haley Lupton was directed to determine the optimal procurement and ownership route and to proceed accordingly. No contract or payment schedule was recorded in the minutes; council’s action was a direction to staff to pursue the purchase and ownership structure and return with implementation details.
