At its April 1 remote meeting the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission Joint Executive & Finance Committee recorded several formal actions.
- Approval of March 4, 2020 minutes: Jeff Carr moved, Catherine McMains seconded, to approve the minutes with edits; the motion carried with abstentions from John Zicconi and Barbara Elliott (edits requested for page 2 and page 3 as noted in the minutes).
- Warn public hearing for FY21 UPWP and Budget: Barbara Elliott moved, Catherine McMains seconded; motion carried unanimously to warn a May 20, 2020 Board meeting at 6 p.m. for the draft UPWP and budget.
- Act 250 (Champlain Apartments LLC, #4C1149): John Zicconi moved, Chris Roy seconded, to approve a letter to Rachel Lomonaco, District Coordinator; motion carried unanimously.
- Administrative policy amendments (Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations): Barbara Elliott moved, John Zicconi seconded, to approve substantive amendments to administrative policies and procedures and the Disaster Recovery Plan (incidental non-substantive edits to be included in the motion); motion carried unanimously.
- Adjournment: Chris Roy moved, Barbara Elliott seconded, to adjourn at 6:57 p.m.; motion carried unanimously.
The minutes also note Jeff Carr excused himself at 6:25 p.m. and that no executive session was needed.
