Senator Craig and others asked whether law-enforcement partners had reviewed the updated text; senators said some law-enforcement input had informed earlier committee proposals but that additional engagement would be useful as the bill moves forward.
After debate and amendment, the committee reported House Bill 130 with a favorable recommendation.
