During the action portion of the June 10 meeting the board approved a series of routine contracts and several resolutions required for year‑end and next fiscal year operations.
Key approvals included: non‑public school placements for 2026–27 (14.1); a construction agreement for bleachers and a press box at Menlo Atherton (14.2); renewal of a mental‑health services agreement with Club Excite LLC (14.3); renewal of OnPoint Language Solutions for interpretation and translation services (14.4); an agreement with Subject Technologies Inc. for credit‑recovery online course licenses (14.5); pool repair and deck replacement contract for Menlo Atherton High School (14.6); and adoption of resolution 21 authorizing a temporary interfund loan at year‑end not to exceed $800,000 (14.7).
The board also adopted resolution 22 approving budget increases and transfers for fiscal year 2025–26, resolution 23 confirming the engineers’ report and ordering levy of assessment for 2026–27 (14.9), and resolution 25 specifying election services and ordering related specifications for the November 3, 2026 election (14.10).
