Commissioners approve June minutes and vote to enter closed session over contract, personnel matters

Commissioner Lee moved the resolution and Commissioner Whitman seconded; the motion passed with all in favor. Those listed as present for the closed session included Mayor Jakubowski; Commissioners Whitman and Lee; Borough Administrator Dave Taraschi; solicitors Salvatore Siciliano and Jennifer McPeak; Chief Tom Tassi; and Borough Clerk Bonnie Taft. The minutes record only that a contract matter and a personnel issue were discussed; no further details or outcomes were entered into the public record.
Commissioner Lee moved to come out of closed session and later moved to adjourn; both motions were approved and the meeting adjourned at 6:13 p.m.
