Katrina Schmidt recommended presenting a challenge coin to retiring Chelmsford Police Chief Colin Spence; Francis Gilroy said he would prepare a letter to the chief. The commission adjourned at 7:37 p.m. after Katrina moved to adjourn and Francis seconded; the motion passed.
