At the April 16 meeting the Chelmsford Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee reviewed written responses from the Department of Public Works and identified follow-up items.
Members discussed the need to develop a Bike Master Plan for 2026 to guide project priorities and programming. J. Warhurst reported that an LRTA survey on potential route changes is available for public input. R. Schneider said trail conditions are generally good but noted a missing sign between Chelmsford and Westford. J. Warhurst reported the BPAC account balance is approximately $798.84; K. Baxter completed a porta-potty funding request and is investigating rate differences compared with neighboring Acton.
The committee did not adopt a formal work plan at this meeting but assigned follow-up actions to refine planning and to request additional detail from DPW.
