Board Member Don Mitchell moved to approve the meeting agenda; Board Member Michelle Musgrave seconded, and the board approved the motion. Mitchell then moved to approve the Nov. 6, 2025 minutes; Gregory Webb seconded and the minutes were approved.
Gregory Webb moved to retain the 2025 officer structure for 2026; Don Mitchell seconded. The board identified its officers for the year as Jacob Powers, Park Advisory Board President, and Michelle Musgrave, Park Advisory Board Secretary. The motions were accepted without further amendment.
The board convened at 5:02 p.m. and adjourned at 5:34 p.m.
