The Village of Bayside Architectural Review Committee unanimously approved construction of 185 lineal feet of 4-foot-high aluminum fence at 9293 North Waverly Drive during its March 10, 2026, meeting.
Homeowner JoLana Sonntag described the project to the committee, saying the work would remove the current wooden fence and install the aluminum replacement. Chairperson John Krampf told the committee that a neighbor at 9301 North Waverly Drive, Rodney Ugent, submitted a letter of support for the project.
Committee Member Dan Zitzer moved to approve the fence; Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. No conditions, amendments, or additional exterior changes were recorded in the meeting minutes.
The committee meets to review exterior alterations for consistency with village standards. The meeting opened at 5:00 p.m. and adjourned at 5:09 p.m.
