Trustees approve HVAC contract, decline Timberbrook sign ownership, update minutes and enter executive session

Norwich Township Board of Trustees on Nov. 11 approved several routine items and took procedural votes after brief presentations by Township Administrator Jamie Fisher.
The board approved a 2026 preventative maintenance contract with Air Force One HVAC covering Station 83, Station 84 and the Safety Services Building for $26,879 (motion #251111.03, moved by Rick Tidd, seconded by Sonny Cantrell; vote 3-0). The minutes list the contract amount and covered facilities but do not include the contract term beyond “2026 preventative maintenance.”
Administrators reported an offer for the township to assume ownership of the Timberbrook neighborhood signs; the trustees voted to decline that offer (motion #251111.02, moved by Rick Tidd, seconded by Sonny Cantrell; vote 3-0).
