The meeting was called to order by Mayor Amy Praught at 6:00 p.m.; Council Members Scott Jeffers (Council Member-at-Large), Eric Parker (Council Member Ward 3) and Max Spritzer (Council Member Ward 4) were present, while Council Members Bradley Hayner and Scott Miller were absent or excused.
