The Upper Hanover Township Board of Supervisors on Feb. 10 adopted Resolution No. 2026-12 to recognize Joseph (Joe) Bresnan for nine years of service as Township Solicitor.
Manager Anne W. Klepfer read a prepared resolution honoring Bresnan; Supervisor Ben Fiorito moved to adopt Resolution No. 2026-12, Stefan Laessig seconded the motion and it was approved unanimously. Mr. Bresnan thanked the Board and the gifts and said he was "truly honored and that it had been his pleasure serving as Upper Hanover Township's Solicitor." The Board and attendees thanked him and wished him well in retirement.
The recognition was entered into the minutes as formal special business under the meeting agenda. No further personnel actions or succession steps were recorded in the minutes.
