The Windham Planning Board instructed staff to advertise for two alternate members and one regular member and expects to interview candidates on April 15. Assistant Planner Julie Suech will run the advertisement and the board set an interview target date for April 15.
Vice Chair Jack Gattinella asked the board to revisit the town’s Growth Management Ordinance; members agreed the first step should be collecting data points to inform any changes. Staff will also try to schedule a non-meeting with Attorney Campbell on April 15 at 6 p.m. to discuss related questions.
The meeting ended at 8:25 p.m. after a motion by Heath Partington, seconded by Jack Gattinella, which passed 5-0 to adjourn. Tom Earley noted he will be less available on Wednesdays for a period due to travel; the board will consider scheduling impacts when recruiting candidates.
