Thayne adopts higher water and sewer impact fees after Sunrise Engineering analysis

The amounts discussed and approved in the meeting record are: a water impact fee of $6,800 for a 3/4-inch service, $10,200 for a 1-inch service and $20,400 for a 2-inch service; a sewer impact fee of $7,300; and a $500 connection/administrative fee to cover meter pits and supervision. Council also discussed deleting a '1 1/2' line in the fee table and adjusting the fee for mobile food trucks to 0.5 when a secondary line applies.
Council moved to approve Ordinance No. 386 (Amending Title 8, Water Use and Service) on third reading; the motion carried.
