At 407A Bantam Road, Megan Harpin provided a note describing issues with a temporary structure and an insufficient number of parking spaces; the Commission agreed to submit a six-month extension to the temporary zoning permit to allow time to resolve those issues. At 199 West Street, Chair Carol Bramley reported a site visit and noted that spotlight LEDs lacked sufficient shielding and a strip light across the building front must be replaced with shaded fixtures; staff sent a text to the owner that a Design Review application is required for replacement fixtures.
The Commission approved minutes for prior meetings and accepted hand-delivered materials from M. Peloquin as correspondence. The meeting adjourned at 8:28 p.m.
Next steps: staff to track responses (58 McBride Road by March 5), receive revised site plan for Lost Fox Inn, process the temporary permit extension for 407A Bantam Road and require a Design Review application for 199 West Street lighting replacement.
