The Windham Planning Board on March 4 voted 7-0 to extend Case 2024-30 by six months from its current expiration date to Sept. 18, 2026. Roger Hohenberger moved for the extension and Matt Rounds seconded.
Board members announced that impact fees will be discussed at the next workshop, with Greg Balestrieri leading the discussion and recommending input from the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission.
The board reviewed and approved several sets of minutes from late 2025 and early 2026: Dec. 17, 2025; Jan. 7, 2026; Jan. 14, 2026; Jan. 21, 2026; and Feb. 4, 2026. All motions to approve passed; Mr. Derek Monson was recorded as abstaining on the Jan. 21 draft (vote recorded 6-0-1).
Mr. Alan Carpenter moved to adjourn at 8:19 p.m.; Mr. Roger Hohenberger seconded and the board voted 7-0 to adjourn.
