Mr. Thomas reported cemetery maintenance work including foundations, aeration, and turf treatment.
The board approved holiday lighting work for township facilities from Cardinal Pressure Washing, LLC totaling $11,119; the Safety Services Building portion ($4,725) will be split with the City of Hilliard (Motion #251007.10). The board approved a nuisance grass resolution for 6435 Renner Road, Columbus (43228) and hired Waugh's Landscape Maintenance, LLC to mow the property for $250 (Motions #251007.11 and #251007.12).
Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission representative Eileen Leuby presented membership details and a $2,836 annual fee; the trustees voted to table the matter until the first meeting in January 2026 (Motion #251007.09). The meeting adjourned at 6:59 PM (Motion #251007.13).
