The superintendent said the board's agenda will be restructured to include a superintendent's report that allows more in-meeting discussion and a debrief section at the end of meetings for clarifications and future agenda items.

The board did not take new policy action on the norms at the meeting; Cody said policy reviews and any needed new policies would be considered during the debrief or at later meetings. The superintendent also asked board members to review the 90-day plan and the proposed meeting schedule and to send questions ahead of the next meeting.
The board adjourned after approving the night's action items; Cody said she would provide progress updates via weekly emails and bring key follow-ups back for board consideration.
