Separately, the council approved the Board of Zoning Appeals' written recommendation in BZA Case No. 25-10. Center & Main, LLC requested a variance to construct an ADA ramp and steps that would be built in the public right-of-way of N. Center St. to serve 13 and 15 N. Center St.; Mr. Griesdorn moved approval and Ms. Shaffer seconded; the vote was all yeas.
The approvals were routine administrative actions accepting the planning and zoning boards' recommendations; the minutes do not record conditions attached to the approvals or additional engineering requirements. The council did not discuss any appeals or remands for these items during the meeting.
