Mayor Beniamino Mazzulla said the architect work was approved in March and asked that the Board schedule a walkthrough at the next meeting so trustees can see the completed improvements. The mayor also said drawings from the architect should be available for the next board meeting.
The presentation did not include a recorded vote on any of the invoices; Trustee Teets said she would request formal approval during the board meeting that followed this committee session. The minutes do not show whether any payment schedules or retention amounts were discussed.
