- Approve disbursement of $92,130 from Liquid Fuels and $12,610.81 from the general fund to pay a Cross Paving invoice totaling $104,740.81. Motion: Councilor Steadman; second: Councilor Kerns. Outcome: Approved.
- Approve applying $15,625 in county aid funds to the Suit-Kote seal-coat payment. Motion: Councilor Joyce; second: Councilor Osborn. Outcome: Approved.
- Approve 2–3 loads of milled paving material to the American Legion ballfield. Motion: Councilor Osborn; second: Councilor Joyce. Outcome: Approved.
- Approve manager-recommended Renaissance grant awards: four applications totaling $17,675 for 2023/24 and carry two applications totaling $9,452.65 into 2024/25. Motion: Councilor Joyce; second: Councilor Osborn. Outcome: Approved.
- Open a new PLGIT Checking & Prime account and transfer approximately $140,000 from the capital equipment account. Motion: Councilor Kerns; second: Councilor Steadman. Outcome: Approved.
- Post removed playground equipment on Municibid for sale. Motion: Councilor Kerns; second: Councilor Steadman. Outcome: Approved.
