Solicitor Atty. Falatovich said the Township has been addressing Daniels (Daniel's Cement Plant) through the planning process and expects as-built plans to be submitted by Dec. 31, 2024. No enforcement action was announced at the meeting; supervisors recorded the petition and the Helmans' letter for the public record.
