Salem Township supervisors vote to advertise bids for 2024 road paving project

The meeting record documents a technical dispute over wearing-course material. The record notes that historically the township has used a 9.5MM wearing course with a 19MM binder; the supervisors discussed changing or confirming those specifications. The minutes record that Bob Zundel suggested delaying and rebidding next year. The motion to adjourn passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 9:02 p.m.
