Council approves contract with Arcanum Junior Baseball Association and declares emergency

Council Member David Hartley moved to waive the three-reading rule; Council Member Eric VanHoose seconded. Council then adopted the resolution and declared it an emergency; all present council members voted yea.
The minutes reference an Exhibit A to the resolution but do not include the exhibit text in the meeting record. Council discussed the AJBS contract during the Leisure Committee update earlier in the packet; the Leisure Committee had reviewed the AJBS contract with no changes and noted AJBS would perform some updates at its expense.
