Arcanum council forgives two sewer bills and schedules work session after property-tax petition noted

North Street; Bruner seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Village Administrator Marcus Ballinger told council a property-tax petition is being circulated. Council also set a work session for March 31, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. to review options the Village would have should property tax be abolished. The transcript does not indicate whether the petition identifies a petitioner or how broadly it circulated.
