The Village of Arcanum Council on Feb. 10 approved a sewer bill forgiveness for 406 W. North Street in the amount of $551.67 after hearing that the charge was caused by a water leak that has since been repaired.
VA Marcus Ballinger presented the request and confirmed the leak was repaired. Councilman Jerry L. Boolman moved to approve the sewer forgiveness; Council Member David Hartley seconded. All present council members voted yea and the motion passed.
The item was recorded in the village administrative packet and will be reflected in billing adjustments by the Fiscal Officer.
