The Board also accepted the resignation of Kristyn Moen from the Capital Budget Committee; Member Brett Simas moved to accept the resignation and Member Maureen Dwinnell seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Board approved regular meeting minutes from Dec. 23, 2025, and Jan. 13 and 20, 2026. Executive session minutes from Jan. 16 and 20, 2026 were approved and will remain confidential under MGL Chapter 30A, Section 22.
Member Maureen Dwinnell moved to adjourn; the motion was seconded and the meeting adjourned at 6:45 PM.
